2020 Manuscript Society Annual Meeting and COVID-19
The local organizers and the Executive Committee of the Manuscript Society are monitoring the spread of Covid-19 for any potential impacts to our annual meeting, May 12-16, 2020.
At this time, we are following the advice of the CDC. While our group would not necessarily fit the CDC’s definition of a large group, we do have a majority of members in the vulnerable age bracket.
We do not anticipate an impact to the annual meeting at this time. However, we have decided to allow for a full refund of registration fees for anyone who cannot attend due to Covid-19. By revising our refund policy, we hope to allow participants the flexibility to register for the annual meeting and have confidence that The Manuscript Society will provide a full refund upon request.
In the event the annual meeting is cancelled all registrants will receive a full refund of registration costs.
The Society will maintain up to date communication with all of our members through email and announcements here our website.
