Tour information

Hotels: Des Indes Hotel (The Hague); the Pulitzer Hotel (Amsterdam)

Price per person, double occupancy: $4,700 (includes $500 tax-deductible donation to The Manuscript Society); single supplement: $1,245.

Land arrangements: 7 nights in hotels; all breakfasts, 2 lunches, 2 dinners, and 1 reception; all travel outlined in the tour schedule; entrance fees for outlined activities; professional tour escorts; and gratuities

Not included: airfare, taxis, extra beverages, alcohol, laundry, phone calls, and personal costs not specified in the tour package

Deposits and refunds: $2,350 is due upon registration. Please note a reservation/registration is not complete until deposit is received. Final payment is due by Monday, July 16, 2018. Reservations may be made by credit card or by check, payable to The Manuscript Society.

A full refund, minus a $200 processing fee, will be made for cancellations received on or before March 29, 2018. Cancellations made from March 30 to July 1, 2018 will forfeit full deposit and 50 percent of remaining fees and a $200 processing fee; from July 2 to August 31, 2018, full deposit and 85 percent of remaining fees and a $200 processing fee; after September 1, 2018, full deposit and 100 percent of remaining fees.

Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Among possible sources for insurance is your airline or credit card.

Valid passport required for travel to the Netherlands. Passports must be valid for the intended period of stay in the Netherlands. For additional information concerning passports, please consult: http://www.the-netherlands.org/.

All passengers must supply the following with final payment:

A copy of their passport.

Arrival flight information (airline, flight number, date and time). This is only for hotel and overall tour logistics.

The telephone number and email address of an emergency contact person. It must be someone not on the tour.
