Manuscript Society – Historic Dealer Catalog Auction II

The McGuire Group, LLC will once again run the auction to benefit The Manuscript Society.
With our first successful Catalog Auction complete, the Manuscript Society announces Auction II. It runs April 14, 2022 through April 21, 2022. We will offer our remaining manuscript and autograph related catalogs and rare books. Some 2000 dealer catalogs which the Society had stored at the University of Virginia are now available to collectors.
This second of two auctions, highlights catalogs from some of the finest auction houses and dealers from European, England and the United States. The auction includes many lots from Sotheby’s of both London and New York, MAGGS, and Myers of London, Stargardt of Berlin and multiple dealers including Michele Castaing from the Paris Hotel Drouot. European dealers and houses in France, Germany, Austria, and Switzerland are all represented. Lots include Charles Hamilton auction and fixed price sales catalogs. Plus there are catalogs from a wide range of sites such as Goodspeeds, Newsreel, Pen and Quill and American Bookman.
